I need to do an exchange . . . and have some questions.
Do I pay shipping on the exchanged items (back to me)?
Can I get replacement parts as part of an exchange?
About how long does it take?
Thanks!

If your exchange is more than your return then, yes, you have to pay shipping. If not, then no.
Yes, you can get replacement parts.
The time varies. I got mine in 3 weeks.

I just did my first exchange last month and it's really quite simple.
If you have the packing slip from the items, use that. If the items are from more than one shipment, just copy the back of a packing slip and fill in the information for an exchange. I think it is confusing for them if you send more than one packing slip. If you don't have a packing slip to copy, just put the information on a piece of paper.
For the items you are returning either fill out the return information if you have the form or provide them with the information on each item. Name of item, item number (usually letters), price, and reason for return. Add up the amount of returned items.
For new items, fill out the section below returned items or give them same information. You will only pay shipping on the price difference.
My return took 18 days, including the day I shipped it.

Also a note- now is a good time to tack a few thins onto the order- I added Kirsten's undies past the value of the exchange, and yes, I did have to pay shipping, but it is done as a percent- I only paid 78 cents!!!!
Make a copy of the form you send, and get delivery confirmation if you are a worrier- get insurance either way.
